This also means storing the wig in a safe place inside your home.
Depending on the type of hair you use, it can be flammable. Our best advice is to don’t expose your hair to heat too oftenespecially blow-drying or exposure to the sun.
  • 2. Before washing, gently comb your hair with a wide-tooth comb to prevent tangling.
Add a mild shampoo to the warm water, then immerse the wig in the water. Wait a few minutes to make sure the hair absorbs the nutrients in the shampoo.
People think that since this is primitive human hair, they can wash their hair with ordinary shampoo. The problem is that there has been no supply of nutrients for this hair, so you have to choose a special wig shampoo. It will protect hair and add shine.
  • 3. After washing your hair, dry it gently. In the same way you worked your wig with shampoo, you’ll need to do the same with conditioner.
Apply conditioner with water, then soak the wig in water again.
Then leave the wig to soak for 10 minutes or more. Conditioner, like olive oil, not only nourishes hair, but also makes it shiny and lustrous.
  • 4. Use a towel and gently dry hair.
Next, allow to dry naturally on a suitable surface after removing most of the water. Don’t rub hair strands together – pat them dry to prevent breakage.
  • 5. Dry the hair with the natural wind; it’s best not to blow-dry, otherwise the hair will be damaged and the wig will become brittle and easy to break.
