A1: Yes, all our wigs are made of 100% human hair. You can easily tell by doing a burning test – real human hair will burn and turn into ash, while synthetic hair will stick together like plastic.
Q2: Do the wigs shed?
A2: Our wigs are designed not to shed, but there may be a few broken or attached hairs due to static electricity. However, these can be easily removed after washing.
Q3: Can I dye the wig?
A3: Yes, our wigs are made of 100% human hair and can be dyed, bleached, and permed. However, please avoid using heat tools too frequently as they can damage the texture of the hair.
Q4: Is the hair color in the pictures accurate?
A4: Yes, all product pictures are taken during real shooting, and the hair color is the same as the product shown. But please keep in mind that due to lighting and environmental reasons, there may be slight deviation.
Q5: What is your return/refund policy?
A5: You can return the wig to us if you or your family do not like it. Please make sure to keep the wig in its original status when returning.
As I always do, I made a few customizations. I moved combs to the back and added an elastic band.
Bleaching the knots is optional, I used concealer.
