2.The delivery status has been stagnant for a long time: If the parcel status is stagnant for a long time, we will find out to our shipping agent what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the package is delivered successfully.

- Standard orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a full refund.
- Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
